# Spanish OMIE Electricity Markets and Trading Sessions

> Understand the Spanish OMIE electricity market structure: the day-ahead market and intraday sessions 1 through 3, and how Nexenergie covers them.

Nexenergie currently supports one electricity market: **OMIE Spain**.

## Products

Use the short `product` code on the client API. Dashboard routes use `market_product_id`. Gate times are Spain-local. `D` is the delivery day.

## Time rules

* Series points (`time`, `issued_at`, `forecasted_at`) are UTC.
* Query parameter `date` is the delivery day in Europe/Madrid.
* A `from` / `to` range is UTC (`from` inclusive, `to` exclusive).

<Warning>
  Do not mix a Madrid delivery date with a UTC calendar date around midnight. For a specific session, prefer `date=YYYY-MM-DD` in Spain local time.
